Boxing training is recognised as one of the best training methods for many other sports other than boxing. Many other sportsmen and women use boxing training to enhance their fitness including many football, rugby and basketball players. Our methods and techniques will also provide excellent allround general fitness.

 

We  utilise "sport specific" training and currently have several Rugby  League players and  Footballers  training at the academy .
