We are now lucky to have Marc on board at the Paul Ingle BA to offer consutation and treament at the gym or at Marc's Office in Willerby.

 

 

During your consultation Marc will undertake a full functional assessment to understand how you move and how different areas of your body move in relation to each other. You may have pain in one area but the cause may be elsewhere in the body. I will exampine and address the bio-mechanical dysfunctions that restrict joint movement and compromise muscle function. As part of your rehabilitation we will look at exercises that allow you to restore pain free movement and regain control of your HEALTH and wellbeing.
